Accountability
Who is responsible for your project
TechMonster is a registered assumed business name on file with the Texas Secretary of State, operated by a privately held United States limited liability company. The contracting entity and the person who signs for it are identified in the agreement, before any work starts \— not on a marketing page.
Delivery is senior-led. The engineer who designs your system is the engineer who builds it and the one who answers when something breaks; we do not sell a senior and staff a junior. We are a small team, and we say so rather than implying a bench we do not have \— if an engagement needs more people than we can commit, the honest answer is that we are not right for it.
Do learners from the coaching programme touch client work?
No. It is worth being precise, because “we run a training programme” is a reasonable thing for a buyer to be uneasy about.
- \·Each learner works in their own private repository, provisioned from a template, on separate infrastructure from commercial delivery.
- \·The curriculum runs against synthetic data authored for teaching. There is no client record, credential or repository reachable from it.
- \·Client work is done by the delivery team. Learners are not staffed onto engagements as a way of lowering a rate.
