By accessing and using this website (techmonster.dev), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Offered

TechMonster™ provides:

• AI, web, mobile, and software development and consulting services
• Career coaching and learning programs (fee-based and free), offered globally
• Technical recruiting and talent services

The Program (Program Accounts)

The Program at techmonster.dev/program lets you sign in, receive a free first project, and request a coached specialization track. The following terms apply to it:

• A request is not an acceptance. Track requests are reviewed by a TechMonster advisor, who may approve or decline them at our discretion. Nothing is charged, and no coaching obligation arises, until program terms and fees have been confirmed with you in writing and you have agreed to them.
• Repositories. Project repositories are created in a TechMonster-owned GitHub organization and remain our property. You are granted access to work in them for the duration of your participation; we may revoke access, archive or delete a repository when participation ends or these terms are breached. You retain rights in the code you write; you grant us a licence to review it, run automated checks on it and, where you opt in, publish a verified achievement profile derived from it.
• Free first project. The free first project is limited to the first project of one designated track, one per GitHub account, provided as-is with no fee and no obligation on either side.
• Automated review. Feedback on your commits is produced with AI assistance and reviewed by advisors at their discretion. It is guidance, not certification.
• Accounts. You must use your own GitHub, Google or email identity, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and not share access to repositories provisioned for you.
• No guarantee. Participation does not guarantee employment, interviews, salaries or any other outcome.

The browser-only terms on the WorkPulse, RentalPulse, FBARReady and QuoteReady pages apply to those tools only; the Program is an account-based service governed by these Terms and described in the Privacy Policy.

User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not misuse our services or engage in fraudulent activity
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The TechMonster™ name and logo are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

TechMonster™ provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Use of this website is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Specific contracting entity, jurisdiction, arbitration, and dispute resolution terms are set out in individual service agreements or program enrollment contracts, which take precedence over this general policy.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Career Coaching Program

The Career Coaching Program is a global, fee-based coaching and career-support program. Fees are non-refundable except where otherwise specified in your individual program agreement. Specific contracting entity, payment, refund terms, timelines, and conditions — if any — are set out in the written agreement signed at enrollment and take precedence over this general policy.

Software Development & Consulting Services

Refund policies for software development and consulting engagements are governed by the applicable service agreement or statement of work. Generally, payments for completed work or milestones are non-refundable.

Free Tools

FBARReady, WorkPulse, RentalPulse, QuoteReady, and other free tools are provided at no cost and have no refund policy.

No Employment Guarantee: Training programs prepare participants for the job market but do not guarantee employment with TechMonster™ or any specific company. Job placement depends on participant effort, market conditions, and employer decisions.

No Specific Outcome Guarantee: While we provide quality services and training, results depend on many factors outside our control. We make no guarantees about salary levels, job titles, or specific career outcomes.

Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of external sites.

Professional Advice: Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, or financial advice.

Changes to Services: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

All TechMonster™ logos, branding, marketing copy, and product names (including FBARReady, WorkPulse, RentalPulse, and QuoteReady) are proprietary intellectual property. Ownership details are identified in executed agreements and in the applicable public registries.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, redistribution, or imitation of these marks is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable trademark, copyright, and unfair competition laws.
