AI-Native Product Engineering

US-led, globally delivered. Agentic AI systems and complete full-stack products — frontend to backend, database to deployment — software that reasons, acts, and scales with your business.

Ai Systems

Systems That Reason. Workflows That Act.

Software today requires judgment, not just execution. We design and build agentic AI systems — architectures that plan, make decisions, and take real-world action across complex workflows. Built for production. Designed around your business. We run these systems in our own operations every day.

Workflow Assessment

about a week · fixed scope

You know a workflow is costing you and you are not yet sure what to build, or whether AI belongs in it at all.

Right for you if

  • ·A repetitive workflow you can describe but have not measured
  • ·A team that has tried a tool that nobody ended up using
  • ·A decision that needs a defensible answer, including "do not build this"

What you get

  • ·A written description of the workflow as it is actually performed, not as it is documented
  • ·A baseline: what the current process costs in time and where the time goes
  • ·A shortlist of interventions, ordered, with what each would take and what it would not fix
  • ·Acceptance criteria you could hold a pilot to, agreed before anyone builds anything
  • ·An explicit recommendation, which may be that ordinary software is the better answer

What it is not

  • ·No implementation. This ends in a document and a conversation, not a running system.
  • ·No access to production systems is required or requested.

What has to be true before it starts

  • ·Two or three people who do the work being available for an hour each
  • ·A sample of real records, or synthetic records with the same shape and defects

Done means

You can hand the assessment to someone who was not in the room and they can tell what would be built, what it would cost you to be wrong, and what evidence would stop the project.

What the fee depends on

The number of workflows in scope and how many people have to be interviewed to describe them honestly. Quoted as a fixed fee before we start.

Bounded Pilot

a few weeks · fixed scope

One workflow, already understood, built and deployed to a training environment with evaluation and a rollback path.

Right for you if

  • ·A workflow with an owner, a defined input, and a definition of a good outcome
  • ·A team that wants to see it running against their own data before committing further
  • ·Document intake, support triage, or an internal knowledge question people keep asking

What you get

  • ·A working service deployed to an environment you control, with source you own
  • ·An evaluation harness that scores it against a baseline, and the dataset it scored on
  • ·A release recommendation traced to the acceptance criteria agreed up front — including the cases where it fails
  • ·Deployment, rollback and "turn it off" as one documented command each
  • ·A runbook and a handover session with whoever will operate it

What it is not

  • ·Not an unconditional promise of production deployment in an arbitrary enterprise environment. The pilot targets a defined environment agreed at the start.
  • ·No commitment that the result will be good enough to roll out. If the evaluation says no, that is the deliverable.
  • ·Ongoing operation, monitoring and model spend are not included unless separately agreed.

What has to be true before it starts

  • ·Access to the data, or a synthetic set that shares its shape and its defects
  • ·A named person who can approve scope decisions within a day or two
  • ·A target environment, with whatever access it needs, available before the clock starts

Done means

It runs in your environment, its results are reproducible from recorded inputs, somebody on your side can deploy and roll it back unaided, and the recommendation is traceable to criteria written down before the build.

What the fee depends on

The number of integrations, how hostile the systems it must talk to are, and whether the data can be used as it is. Quoted as a fixed fee once the scope is agreed.

Ongoing Delivery

monthly · senior-led

A pilot proved the thing works and the work is now continuous: more workflows, more integrations, and somebody accountable for keeping it running.

Right for you if

  • ·Work that has outgrown a fixed scope and needs a standing team
  • ·A system already in use that needs maintenance alongside new work
  • ·A team that wants to take it over eventually, and wants it built to be handed over

What you get

  • ·A continuous stream of changes, with what is being worked on visible to you
  • ·Evaluation kept current, so a change that makes quality worse is caught before release
  • ·Maintenance and incident response within agreed hours
  • ·A handover position maintained throughout, rather than assembled at the end

What it is not

  • ·Not a staffing arrangement. The commitment is to the work, not to named individuals being available.
  • ·Third-party and model usage costs are yours and are billed at cost or paid directly by you.

What has to be true before it starts

  • ·A product owner on your side who can decide priority
  • ·Somewhere to deploy, and agreement on who holds the credentials

Done means

Reviewed monthly against what was agreed for that month, and endable with notice without leaving you unable to operate what exists.

What the fee depends on

Committed capacity per month and the support hours you need. Reviewed monthly, changeable with notice.

Questions people ask

Questions people ask about our services

What does TechMonster build?

Agentic AI systems and complete products: AI agent design, LLM integration, tool, API and MCP integration, memory and retrieval systems, voice and multimodal AI, and full-stack custom software with production deployment.

How does an engagement start?

Describe the workflow at techmonster.dev/start and an engineer replies. There are three ways in: a Workflow Assessment when it is not yet clear what to build, a Bounded Pilot when it is, and Ongoing Delivery once something is running. Each states what it includes, what it excludes and what has to be true before it begins.

Do you also build software without AI?

Yes. AI is the edge; full-stack delivery is the core. Custom software development, web and mobile products, and technical training are part of the practice.

Where is the team and who leads delivery?

Delivery is US-led and globally staffed. Engineering, communication and documentation are in English.

Who owns the code and the cloud account?

You do. Work happens in a repository you own from the first commit, and wherever possible in your own cloud account with access you can revoke. If an engagement ends early you keep everything committed to that point. The rest of the commercial terms are written out at techmonster.dev/how-we-work.
