These terms govern your use of WorkPulse — a free daily work time tracking utility offered by TechMonster.dev.

1.No Warranty
WorkPulse is provided by TechMonster.dev on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. TechMonster.dev does not warrant that the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of WorkPulse is entirely at your own risk.
2.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechMonster.dev, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, WorkPulse or any report generated by it. This includes, without limitation: lost wages or income, payroll calculation errors, incorrect time records, employment or contractual disputes, tax filing errors, data loss, loss of business, or business interruption — even if TechMonster.dev has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, TechMonster.dev's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3.Data Privacy & Security
All data entered into WorkPulse — including your name, time entries, task descriptions, work completed items, and issues or blockers — is stored exclusively in your web browser using the browser's built-in localStorage mechanism. No personally identifiable information (PII) is transmitted to, collected by, or stored on TechMonster.dev servers at any time. TechMonster.dev does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, or any other mechanism to collect data entered into WorkPulse. You are solely responsible for the security of your device, your browser, and any PDF reports you export. If you share a device or browser with others, you should manually clear your browser's localStorage or use a private/incognito window to prevent unintended access to your data.
4.Accuracy & User Responsibility
WorkPulse records time and data solely based on what the user enters and when buttons are clicked. The accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, and correctness of all time entries, start and end times, task descriptions, work completed items, and issues or blockers are the sole responsibility of the user who entered the data. TechMonster.dev makes no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy of user-submitted data or the reports generated from it. Users must independently verify all time records before submitting them to any employer, client, payroll system, or other party.
5.Not a Substitute for Professional Systems
WorkPulse is a convenience tool for personal daily time logging and is not a certified payroll system, HR management system, accounting platform, legal record-keeping system, or regulatory compliance tool. It must not be used as the sole or primary basis for payroll calculations, employee compensation decisions, employment contract fulfilment verification, tax filings, statutory leave calculations, regulatory reporting, legal proceedings, or any other purpose requiring certified, audited, or legally binding records. Users requiring official time records for such purposes should consult their organisation's designated systems, a qualified HR professional, a licensed accountant, or legal counsel.
6.Report Validity & Certification
PDF reports generated by WorkPulse are user-produced documents based entirely on data self-entered by the user. TechMonster.dev does not certify, validate, notarise, authenticate, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or integrity of any report generated by this tool. Reports generated by WorkPulse carry no official legal, regulatory, or financial certification or standing. They should not be represented as certified, audited, or independently verified documents in any legal, employment, financial, or regulatory context.
7.Intellectual Property
The WorkPulse tool — including its design, code, user interface, branding, and associated TechMonster.dev trademarks — is the intellectual property of TechMonster and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The content of individual reports generated by a user (time entries, task descriptions, etc.) belongs to the respective user who created it. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of the WorkPulse tool or its branding, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of TechMonster.dev, is prohibited.
8.Third-Party Services
WorkPulse does not integrate with, transmit data to, or depend on any third-party service for its core functionality. Any links to third-party websites (including the TechMonster.dev main website) are provided for convenience only. TechMonster.dev is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party website or service.
9.Modifications to These Terms
TechMonster.dev reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of WorkPulse after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
10.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TechMonster.dev is registered and principally operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of WorkPulse shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
11.Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
12.Entire Agreement & Acceptance
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TechMonster.dev with respect to your use of WorkPulse and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written. By accessing WorkPulse, entering any data, or downloading any report, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
