1.No Warranty
FBARReady is provided by TechMonster.dev on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. TechMonster.dev does not warrant that the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of FBARReady is entirely at your own risk.
2.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechMonster.dev, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, FBARReady or any report generated by it. This includes, without limitation: incorrect FBAR data, FinCEN filing errors, foreign account misreporting, aggregate value miscalculations, missed filing deadlines, BSA penalties, data loss, financial losses, or business interruption — even if TechMonster.dev has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3.Not Tax, Legal, or Financial Advice
FBARReady is a convenience tool for personal record-keeping and data organisation and is not a tax advisory service, certified accounting platform, legal advice platform, FinCEN-approved filing service, or BSA compliance tool. Nothing generated by this tool constitutes tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice. FBARReady does not file, transmit, or submit any data to FinCEN, the BSA E-Filing System, or any government agency. All outputs — including aggregate calculations, threshold indicators, and account summaries — are based solely on data entered by the user and are provided for informational and organisational purposes only. Built for self-preparation. Not a filing service. You must consult a licensed tax professional, certified public accountant (CPA), or qualified legal counsel before using any data from this tool in official FBAR filings, legal proceedings, or financial disclosures.
4.FBAR / FinCEN Form 114 Disclaimer
The data fields and organisational structure in FBARReady are designed to help users organise information relevant to FinCEN Form 114 (FBAR). TechMonster.dev does not guarantee that these fields are complete, current, or sufficient for your specific filing obligation. FBAR rules, thresholds, filing requirements, and reporting obligations may change at any time. The $10,000 aggregate threshold indicator is provided for convenience only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for determining your filing obligation. Always verify with a qualified professional and refer to the most current FinCEN instructions and IRS guidance before filing.
5.Data Privacy & Security
All data entered into FBARReady — including personally identifiable information (names, dates of birth), financial account details (account numbers, SWIFT/IFSC codes, balances, institution names and addresses), account holder details (names, citizenship/residency status, addresses), and filing information — is stored exclusively in your web browser using the browser's built-in localStorage mechanism when the "Save in browser" toggle is enabled. No personally identifiable information (PII) and no financial data is transmitted to, collected by, or stored on TechMonster.dev servers at any time. TechMonster.dev does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, or any other mechanism to collect data entered into this tool. FBARReady handles sensitive financial data including account numbers and bank identifiers. This data is stored only in your browser's localStorage and is never transmitted to any server. You are solely responsible for the security of this information, your device, your browser session, and any exported Excel or PDF files. If you share a device or browser with others, disable the localStorage toggle or use a private/incognito window. Consider clearing browser data after use if working on a shared device.
6.Accuracy & User Responsibility
The accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, and correctness of all data entered into FBARReady — including filer information, foreign account details, maximum values, exchange rates, currency conversions, account holder details (names, citizenship/residency status), institution identifiers (SWIFT/IFSC codes), and maximum balance dates — are the sole responsibility of the user. TechMonster.dev makes no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy of user-submitted data or the calculations or reports generated from it. The auto-calculated USD equivalent values are based on user-provided exchange rates and should be independently verified. Users must independently verify all figures before submitting them to FinCEN, any tax authority, financial institution, lender, accountant, legal advisor, or other party.
7.Report Validity & Certification
Excel (.xlsx) and PDF reports generated by FBARReady are user-produced documents based entirely on data self-entered by the user. TechMonster.dev does not certify, validate, notarise, authenticate, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or integrity of any report generated by this tool. Reports generated by FBARReady carry no official legal, regulatory, tax, or financial certification or standing. They are for personal record-keeping only and are not official FinCEN filings. They must not be represented as certified, audited, FinCEN-validated, IRS-validated, or independently verified documents in any filing, legal proceeding, financial application, or regulatory context.
8.Intellectual Property
The FBARReady tool — including its design, code, user interface, branding, and associated TechMonster.dev trademarks — is the intellectual property of TechMonster and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The content of individual reports generated by a user (filer data, account data, calculations, etc.) belongs to the respective user who created it. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of the FBARReady tool or its branding, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of TechMonster.dev, is prohibited.
9.Third-Party Libraries
FBARReady uses open-source browser libraries (SheetJS for Excel export and jsPDF for PDF export) that run entirely within your browser. No data is transmitted to any third-party service as a result of using these libraries. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. TechMonster.dev is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party website, library, or service.
10.Modifications to These Terms
TechMonster.dev reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of FBARReady after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
11.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TechMonster.dev is registered and principally operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of FBARReady shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
12.Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
13.Entire Agreement & Acceptance
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TechMonster.dev with respect to your use of FBARReady and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written. By accessing FBARReady, entering any data, or downloading any report, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
